This is a tough sale for me!! I think this horse has taught me more than I’ve taught him. If you’re looking for a level headed gelding ready to go any direction, this one just might be perfect.
With his previous owners he was started on the flag, tracked the hot heels, and was started on barrels. After we bought him he spent a season at K Bar L in the Montana wilderness in a herd of 50. Snorty rode through rivers, climbed mountains, crossed logs, and has seen everything from grouse to bears. He’s seen it all!
I brought him to school with me recently and unfortunately for him, his momma (me) is a reiner so now he is too. He picked it up incredibly fast and now loves to put his booty down! Snorty is without a doubt one of the most intuitive and athletic horses I’ve had the pleasure of riding.
He is very safe, honest, and takes pride in doing his job. He tries so hard to please and gives his all every darn day.
He’s versatile and ready to go any direction—roping, barrels, 4H, anything else you desire, or be the handiest, most dependable trail horse you could ask for.
100% sound and healthy. UTD on worming, teeth, and vaccinations.
My dream is for this horse to go be someone’s right-hand man and have a consistent person, and I think that is where he will thrive.
